Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers, driving AI adoption in HR, IT, and Operations. You will collaborate with customer teams to ship production AI applications and automation that move organizations from manual to AI-powered processes at scale.

The role requires hands-on delivery, end-to-end ownership of integration builds, and close collaboration with Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Deep platform mastery enabling rapid configuration and extension of the Leena AI platform.
• Proven ability to own integrations across enterprise APIs with attention to security and data governance.
• Autonomous delivery with strong customer ownership in complex client environments.

Responsibilities

• Design integration blueprints and solution architectures directly with the client, then own hands-on execution—translating designs into working systems.
• Prototype custom integrations, API connectors, and workflow automation across enterprise systems (Python/TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Own the post-go-live hypercare period, ensure stability, and adapt deployments as client needs evolve.
