Elios, Inc. is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to own adoption and feedback for AI tools across teams in a fully remote US setting.

This junior, individual-contributor role focuses on driving trust in AI workflows, training colleagues one-on-one, and ensuring AI outputs align with real work. You'll partner with business teams to map current processes, spot drift, translate needs between floor and leadership, and help extend deployed tools while tracking usage and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, junior/early-career individual contributor.
• Ability to learn quickly and own problems.
• Comfort training non-technical colleagues on AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the embedded champion of AI adoption day to day.
• Lead short training sessions and create quick reference notes.
• Track usage, identify where users get stuck.
• Map actual workflows and flag drift between work and AI assumptions.
• Translate needs between floor and leadership using plain language.
• Operate and lightly extend deployed tools.
• Summarize analytics and escalate when needed.
