Job summary

UST is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive enterprise AI transformation, building the FDE practice and delivering Claude across customer organizations. You will work hands-on with Claude, architect agentic systems, and partner with UST solutions architects to deploy AI-native solutions in enterprise environments.

The role emphasizes adoption and innovation, from integration to governance, with a focus on measurable automation and customer success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 Years of Relevant Experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, DevOps, or similar roles with deep expertise in at least one area.
• Direct Hands-On Experience with Claude and related tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude for Microsoft 365 add-ins).
• Proven experience building agentic systems and autonomous workflows in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude rollout across the customer organization, including SSO setup, multi-tenancy, access controls, and enablement workshops.
• Architect agentic systems and intelligent workflows that automate critical business processes and integrate with CRM/ERP/file systems.
• Embed Claude into customer products and services, collaborating with product teams to deliver differentiated value.
• Design adoption engagements from contract to active use across multiple teams, including governance and champions development.
• Build and deploy Claude-based agents, write prompts, design integrations, and ship production systems.
