Job summary

forgd, inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers, driving production-grade AI solutions using Claude Code.

You will lead engineering workshops, shape deployment patterns, and mentor customer teams through the SDLC, from proofs of value to production rollouts across key functions. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Production experience with LLMs and AI-native development.
• Power user of Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong communication across engineering, leadership, and business teams.
• Ability to operate autonomously in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops.
• Guide customer teams from demos to production deployments across Claude Code, Claude for Work, Cowork, and developer platform.
• Codify deployment patterns and feed learnings back to forgd and Anthropic product teams.
• Own engineering toolchains, workflows, and organizational dynamics within customer environments.
• Build technical artifacts and reference architectures tailored to the customer stack.
