Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded inside a client’s enterprise, delivering secure, governed, and resilient AI deployments. You will own outcomes: reduced attack surface, production-safe AI, and measurable security posture improvements.

Role involves agentic coding with Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, building detection and governance tools, and leading security workstreams across client engagements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in production environments with a cybersecurity discipline depth in at least one area: AppSec, SecOps, cloud, IAM, or GRC.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments—non‑negotiable.
• Minimum 8 years end-to-end security delivery ownership in client-embedded or production environments.
• Minimum 8 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production deployments across complex client environments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale (OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection hardening, model risk).
• Architect and govern AI security controls across enterprise stack (IAM, data pipeline, model serving, cloud).
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO; build risk-adjusted investment cases and roadmaps.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns and accelerators across client engagements.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops with client teams.
• Provide cybersecurity domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC).
• Participate in proposal, SOW development, and executive workshops.
• Team leadership: coaching managers and consultants through delivery.
