HealthEquity, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Services Manager to lead a client-facing team that drives implementation and ongoing service delivery. The role focuses on process improvements, cross-functional partnerships, and meeting service level commitments.

You will evaluate AI-based solutions, support product buildouts, and mentor team members while coordinating with Solutions Engineering and other groups to ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with special projects, possesses project management skills and effective project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and product capabilities.
• Represent CIS in cross-functional projects including product buildout, BR and GTM activities, and EPMO projects.
• Define product or process improvements with impact on operations.
• Support leadership and Solutions Managers in development, coaching team members and driving solutions.
• Serve as SME and mentor within Customer Success Engineering, offering consultation and client assistance.
• Provide resource support for Solutions Engineering with platform, product, and process expertise.
• Deep-dive into configuration, implementation, integration, and servicing tasks.
• Drive custom workstreams and assess impacts on training, reporting, governance, and sales support.
• Support complex client or partnership implementations and participate in finalist meetings.
