Job summary

Soulside AI, a remote-enabled US company, is seeking an Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales into behavioral health organizations. You will drive discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance leaders, build a strong pipeline, and forecast accurately while articulating the value of our documentation and compliance platform.

You will engage clinical and finance stakeholders, define the sales motion, and contribute to scaling the commercial function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proven track record of hitting targets in a multi-stakeholder sales process.
• Comfort selling to clinical and finance leaders, with clear, consultative communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales into behavioral health organizations—from first conversation through close.
• Run discovery with clinical, compliance, and finance stakeholders and tailor the case.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep CRM data clean.
