City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Account Operations Analyst to support our Enterprise Account Management team in a remote role. You will connect data, systems, and day-to-day operations so account managers can focus on strengthening client relationships and driving growth.

The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Account Management and involves managing reporting, coordinating account updates, and preparing quarterly business review materials with a focus on client

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) required.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and reporting/visualization tools.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Able to turn complex data into clear insights for decisions.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate work order updates.
• Navigate procurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, ServiceChannel) to move work orders.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, CRM data, and Power BI.
• Analyze service issues and account performance to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare and support QBR materials with client spend and performance metrics.
• Support QBR calls with real-time data and post-call documentation.
• Track contract milestones: renewal dates, price changes, and master terms.
