Premier is seeking a VP, Account Management to own enterprise accounts, including large health systems, and to drive growth, retention, and value realization through integrated strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires building executive relationships, coordinating Premier resources, and leading renewal and expansion efforts with measurable ROI across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience in account management, consulting, sales, or healthcare strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across member organizations, including executives.
• Lead executive engagement cadence with performance reviews and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional Premier resources for enterprise engagement.
• Develop integrated strategic account plans aligned to priorities and ROI.
• Drive growth, retention and value outcomes across Premier offerings.
• Lead renewal strategies 12–18 months in advance with Sales & Customer Success.
• Represent Premier in executive forums and strengthen market presence.
