CANDID is seeking a hunter-grade salesperson to build pipeline from zero targeting mortgage lenders. You will reach CEOs/COOs/CTOs, run outbound, and own end-to-end deals with our Salesforce-native platform.

Expect an $85k base with 10% commission on new ARR, 12% above quota, and 3% on multi-year deals; OTE around $267k. Remote role with Nashville, TN focus, monthly pay and uncapped upside for top performers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling CRM, POS, or marketing tech to mortgage lenders or banks.
• Experience building self-sourced pipeline and working outbound to executives.
• Ability to run discovery and demos and close deals.

• Build and own your pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, conferences).
• Run discovery and demos with the Sales Engineer and close deals.
• Log every touch in Salesforce and report weekly pipeline status.
