Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for the Corrections Sales Team to lead enterprise-wide deals across multiple state departments. You will build executive relationships, craft a compelling change agenda, and guide agencies from legacy systems to integrated, data-driven solutions that improve safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in complex enterprise or public sector environments.
• Experience owning and scaling a multi-state or strategic territory.
• Proven ability to lead long, multi-threaded sales cycles with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory with large-scale, tech-driven transformation.
• Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles and position Axon as a strategic priority.
• Build executive-level relationships across state agencies and navigate procurement and budgets.
