Job summary

Axon is hiring an Account Executive for the Corrections Sales Team. You will lead enterprise sales across a multi-stateCorrections territory, building executive relationships and guiding agencies from legacy systems to integrated solutions.

You will manage complex, multi-year deals within public sector environments, navigate procurement and budgeting cycles, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience owning and scaling a multi-state or highly strategic territory.
• Ability to lead large, multi-threaded sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
• Experience closing high-value, multi-year deals in large, complex organizations.
• Ability to drive transformation in legacy or regulated environments through new technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategy and execution for a multi-state Corrections territory.
• Develop and execute territory/account strategies for large agencies.
• Lead complex, multi-year sales cycles with executive stakeholders.
• Build executive relationships across state agencies.
• Close high-value opportunities navigating procurement, budgets and regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to win complex opportunities.
• Sell Axon solutions and articulate measurable outcomes.
• Drive pipeline strategy and forecast accuracy.
