Job summary

ElevenLabs, a remote-first AI research and product company, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with Fortune 500 and large consumer brands in the US.

You will build and manage a growing portfolio across QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel and hospitality, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver high‑impact use cases and scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI or API-driven platforms.
• Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines) is a strong plus.
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience selling to both technical and business buyers, translating technology into business value.
• Strong executive presence and willingness to travel frequently for onsite client visits and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to meet revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost savings.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate how voice technology unlocks value across customer support and marketing.
• Develop and execute account strategies across buying groups and align with cross-functional teams.
