Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business across the DC, Virginia, and Maryland region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with new customers, manage forecasts and track customer data in a consultative sales approach.

Your technical background and experience selling open source products will help articulate value during trials and hand off strong relationships to the Growth team. Remote role with high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Top 10% performer with a history of consistent goal achievement.
• Excellent communicator across in-person, online, and written channels.
• Experience with Salesforce and MEDD(P)ICC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations).
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Convey value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage Salesforce pipeline and day-to-day customer requests.
