Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition, based in Spain, to prospect and close new business across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa. You will build relationships, manage forecasts, and articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure technology sales, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication across in-person, online, and writing channels.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prospect into net-new customers and manage all sales stages.
• Lead product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
• Nurture inbound leads and outbound outreach to build a healthy pipeline.
• Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
• Maintain and manage sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, orders, and day-to-day customer requests.
