You will collaborate with the regional sales director and cross-functional teams to expand market presence, ensure compliant selling practices, and provide on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science or business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong sales background in medical/hospital space; device experience preferred.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within a defined territory.
• Identify opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Build relationships with ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, and admins.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Provide training on ENT product portfolio.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to expand knowledge.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and data.
