Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Medical Device Territory Manager to grow our ENT portfolio across a remote US territory. You will drive revenue by developing new accounts, expanding in hospitals, clinics, and private practices, and delivering product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.

As part of the Sales team, you will build relationships with ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, and administrators, negotiate contracts, provide training, and partner with marketing and service teams to ensure

Qualifications

Prior sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science or business.

Responsibilities

Sell and promote PENTAX Medical products within the defined territory.
Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
Build relationships with ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, and administrators.
Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
Maintain in‑depth understanding of ENT product portfolio and competitive landscape.
Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and continuing education events.
Maintain CRM records of sales activities and market data.
Provide on‑site clinical support during procedures and troubleshoot issues.
Address inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams.
Relay customer feedback and market insights to the company.
