Job summary

Oregon State University’s Digital Engagement, Marketing, and Information Technology team seeks an Analyst Programmer 2 to manage the undergraduate Technolutions Slate CRM, handle portals, forms, and applications, and support related integrations. The role reports to the Associate Director, Enrollment Systems and Application Delivery and works with CRM colleagues and Enrollment Management partners.

Responsibilities include configuring Slate, building applications, troubleshooting, and producing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑department teams to implement systems and software solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor progress and track details/data/information/activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain undergraduate Slate configurations, portals, forms, applications, data, and permissions.
• Develop and test custom applications and integrations using Slate capabilities and SQL/JavaScript/HTML.
• Support CRM communications, campaign components, audience selections, business rules, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve stakeholder requests and translate technical information for end users.
• Develop and maintain technical process documentation and a development library.
• Collaborate with Slate development team and participate in code reviews.
