The University of Tampa is seeking an Admissions CRM Operations Specialist to administer and enhance the Slate CRM within Admissions and Enrollment Management. You will work with the Associate Director of CRM Operations and stakeholders to improve processes, support users, maintain data integrity, and develop solutions that advance recruitment and enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional work experience with demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems, data management, business process, and project management.

Responsabilités

• Support administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the undergraduate Slate environment.
• Configure and maintain Slate functionality including forms, portals, queries, workflows, rules, communications, datasets, and automation.
• Build and maintain queries, reports, and datasets to support enrollment operations and decision-making.
• Support data integrity initiatives through validation, auditing, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
