Job summary

The University of Georgia seeks an Application Analyst for CRM & Enrollment Systems to manage Slate-based recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes for the MBA and MSBA programs. You will configure, test, and maintain Slate, develop reports, and train users across admissions and student services.

Working with the MBA admissions team, you will drive data-driven improvements, coordinate with university partners, and ensure system integrity throughout the enrollment cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience

Responsibilities

• CRM Communications & Enrollment Engagement Systems: research, conceptualize, design and create email campaigns and other digital recruitment materials.
• Slate Application Administration & Process Development: serve as the primary functional Slate resource; configure, test, maintain and improve Slate functionality.
• Data Management, Reporting & Quality Assurance: develop queries, reports, dashboards and data extracts; monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Functional Support, Training & Documentation: provide Slate support, training and system documentation; train users on Slate functionality and best practices.
• Enrolled Student Services Slate Support: collaborate with enrolled student services to support Slate tools post-enrollment.
• Other projects as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
