Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment processes with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes to enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold GT Independence values and mission.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
