Pro Talent HR is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for a Home-Based position in the United States. You will advise and guide applicants through the enrollment process, assess eligibility, collect information, and maintain meticulous records while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree preferred.
• Experience in the relevant field.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of database and relevant software programs.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and guide candidates in the enrollment process.
• Assess applications, handle documentation, collect information, enter data and provide customer service.
• Assess eligibility of candidates for specific programs, make recommendations and maintain meticulous records.
• Handle questions, issues and provide detailed information on requirements, processes, and policies.
• Collect information and qualify candidates for programs, services or courses.
• Ensure that applications are completed correctly and that the required supporting materials have been provided.
• Enter, update and review data and records.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates.
• Correspond with applicants and prospective candidates.
• Process enrollments and dis-enrollments.
• Assist with billing and payment processing.
• Conduct information sessions.
