Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Experience relevant to the position will be considered.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes/systems to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
