Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Leader to manage a team of Enrollment Specialists, driving high-quality enrollment services for self-directed care programs. You will motivate, coach, and recognize staff while solving problems to keep enrollment processes smooth and efficient.

You will oversee referrals, scheduling, and clear communication with referrers and enrollees, and train staff on the GT Caregiver App and related tools. This role focuses on process improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in working, initiating, and maintaining a highly effective team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Enrollment Specialists and ensure high quality enrollment service.
• Receive referrals and schedule meetings based on individuals' choices.
• Provide constant and accurate communication to referrers and enrollees on status.
• Troubleshoot issues and field questions from staff and external customers.
• Train Enrollment Specialists on the GT Caregiver App and GT Tools.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and service.
• Manage employees to ensure work is efficient and effective.
• Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
• Ensure training/resources and staff scheduling and recognition programs.
• Assist with DocuSign documentation and training.
• Develop and prepare operational plans and project status reports.
