Job summary

GT Independence is a national Financial Management Services provider supporting individuals in self-direction programs. The Enrollment Coordinator will guide the enrollment process for individuals and their support circle in Pendleton, OR, ensure documents are complete, and uphold HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include outreach to community partners to grow enrollment and improve access to services, while aligning with our person-centered care approach and equal opportunity

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
