Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a customer service representative for a 3-month contracted engagement in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on benefits enrollment support and concierge-style service for plan participants, with a $16.50 hourly rate and a fully remote work arrangement.

The CSR will handle inbound inquiries end-to-end, document case updates, and coordinate with retirement providers and insurers. Availability 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST Mon–Fri, with possible Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of plan provisions and enrollment to ensure high service levels.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end-to-end.
• Provide high quality, proactive service and keep participants updated on status.
• Manage open and new cases with retirement providers, insurers and client services.
• Document and update participant information in the case management system timely.
