Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support a leading benefits enrollment company. You will educate callers on benefits, process enrollment transactions, and resolve inquiries in a client-focused, dynamic environment.

This contract/temporary role is remote (based in the U.S.). Compensation is $18 per hour with benefits eligibility through LaSalle Network for consultants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational.
• Extremely resourceful with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes.
• Process enrollment-related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution.
• Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed.
• Assist with company projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Navigate multiple screens and platforms including AI-assisted resources, Microsoft Teams, and client portals to ensure accurate documentation.
