Job summary

Insight Global is seeking to hire 3 remote Enrollment Specialists to support a network of private tuition based schools across the country. This fully remote role is fulltime, Monday–Friday with a rotating weekend schedule, and involves guiding families from inquiry to tour and enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a call center, inside sales, or admissions.
• Must be located in the United States with a dedicated remote workspace and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to schedule tours and follow-up.
• Handle inbound calls, answer questions about programs and next steps.
• Communicate across phone, text, email, and chat with a consistent brand voice.
• Articulate the value of Endeavor schools across brands.
