Job summary

NewSchool of Architecture and Design is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist for full-time remote work in San Diego, CA. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, answering inquiries, qualifying leads, and arranging smooth handoffs to Enrollment Specialists.

Responsibilities include managing the admissions inbox, handling calls, scheduling campus tours, and maintaining lead data in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years of high-volume customer service, inside sales, or higher education admissions.
• Working knowledge of CRM software, Element 451, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new student inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify program interest, background, and motivation.
• Perform warm transfers to Enrollment Specialists in real time.
• Schedule follow-up consultations, detailed calls, or campus tours when needed.
• Manage the general Enrollment email inbox and SLA-compliant responses.
• Serve as primary operator for the admissions phone line.
• Log all interactions and lead status in the CRM (Element451/Risely.AI).
• Coordinate campus tour schedules and ensure a smooth visitor experience.
• Follow up on no-show inquiries to reschedule and maintain funnel health.
• Prepare and maintain weekly progress and conversion reports.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, processes, and policies at NewSchool.
• Use professional communication daily with students via in-person, phone, email, and text.
