Job summary

NewSchool of Architecture and Design is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to be the face of our admissions team. You will respond quickly to new inquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate transfers to Enrollment Specialists, helping prospective students begin their design journey.

This fully remote, nonexempt role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in high-volume customer service or admissions, strong Office and CRM skills (Element451/Risely.AI), and excellent verbal and written

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years in high-volume customer service, inside sales, or higher education admissions.
• Working knowledge of CRM software, Element 451, preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence; must stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first responder to new student inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to identify program of interest and motivation.
• Warm transfers to Enrollment Specialist in real-time and schedule follow-ups when needed.
• Manage general enrollment email inbox and respond professionally within SLAs.
• Log interactions and lead status updates in the CRM and coordinate campus tours.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, processes, and policies at NewSchool.
