Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply detailed procedures.
• Enter, review, and reconcile data accurately.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume service setting.
• Safeguard confidential student information.
• Learn enterprise student information, CRM, and office systems.
• Experience in higher education, enrollment, records, or student services is preferred.
• Experience supporting adult, online, or nontraditional learners is preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment and registration transactions accurately while maintaining student records in university systems.
• Guide students through policies, procedures, requirements, and next steps with clear communication.
• Research and resolve routine to moderately complex enrollment issues to minimize delays.
• Collaborate within a cross-trained enrollment team to manage workflows and high-volume processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity; document enrollment processes.
