Job summary

Collegis Education is seeking an admissions specialist to guide prospective students through the decision to invest in their future by helping them explore educational opportunities and enroll in programs that align with their goals.

You will manage inbound and outbound outreach, conduct needs-based discovery calls, mentor applicants through the enrollment process, and maintain CRM records while delivering a high-quality, compliant student experience in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of consultative sales, recruiting, or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inbound and outbound contact for prospective students via phone, text, email, and chat.
• Execute structured outbound campaigns and follow-up to engage applicants and drive enrollment.
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations and guide students toward enrollment decisions.
• Mentor students from application through first week of enrollment.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, schedule follow-ups, and track progression through the enrollment pipeline.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of programs, services, and competitors in the market.
• Ensure compliance with Collegis and partner school policies at all times.
• Support admissions process including exams, applications, transfer of credit, financial aid, and orientation.
