Job summary

Acceleration Academies is hiring Enrollment Counselors to support nationwide student enrollment growth. This remote role requires consultative sales experience, strong communication, and ability to manage the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to day one of school.

You will engage families, coordinate with document processors, and drive enrollment outcomes while working with the Talent Acquisition team across the US.

Qualifications

• Needs 1–3 years in telemarketing, call centers, or enrollment roles
• Experience with consultative sales and student services is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and manage a high-volume pipeline

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families through inbound/outbound outreach
• Own the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to first day
• Explain program requirements and guide students through application steps
• Maintain CRM records and meet enrollment goals
