Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an Associate, Admissions and Enrollment Management for the Career Accelerator. This remote role focuses on driving enrollment and onboarding for learners across Career Accelerator programs.

You will manage an assigned portfolio from offer through enrollment, maintain Salesforce records, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely cohort launches and a seamless learner experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, recruiting, customer success, inside sales, student services, workforce development, or similar roles.
• Experience managing a learner or customer portfolio, pipeline, or caseload.
• Proven ability to build rapport and consistently meet measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start.
• Guide learners through enrollment milestones including seat acceptance, documentation, and payment verification.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner engagement.
• Build strong learner relationships and serve as a trusted enrollment resource.
• Monitor learner progress, identify risks, and intervene to keep milestones on track.
• Collaborate across Admissions & Enrollment, instructional, operations, and other teams to ensure cohort launches.
• Maintain accurate learner records and pipeline statuses in Salesforce.
• Document learner activity and outcomes in line with established processes.
• Support improvements to admissions and enrollment workflows and systems.
• Contribute to data-driven reporting and cross-functional initiatives to enhance learner experience.
