Job summary

Acceleration Academies is hiring Enrollment Counselors to support student enrollment growth across our academy network. This remote role requires experience in consultative sales or admissions and a passion for helping disengaged students re-engage with education.

As part of the Marketing and Enrollment Team, you will guide prospective students and guardians through the enrollment process with empathy and efficiency, owning the full funnel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles; consultative sales preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, RingCentral) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families via inbound and outbound outreach.
• Own the full enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to first day.
• Guide applicants through steps and provide clear direction at each stage.
• Explain school structure, program requirements, pacing, and responsibilities.
• Maintain real-time CRM records of outreach and interactions.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals and metrics.
• Follow up to maintain momentum and address barriers to enrollment.
• Collaborate with documents team and registrars to ensure smooth onboarding.
