Job summary

Premera is seeking a Membership Analyst II to perform complex reconciliation and enrollment activities for individual or group accounts. You will resolve billing issues, process transfers and reinstatements, and educate members and brokers on enrollment processes.

The role requires 2 years in accounting/finance, 1 year in membership analytics, and preferably health/insurance experience. Hybrid support and standard business hours in multiple time zones are provided.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounting/finance/bookkeeping experience.
• One year of membership analytics or reconciliation experience.
• Experience in health/insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve and document complex reconciliation discrepancies.
• Process refunds, premium transfers, reinstatements and insufficient fund issues.
• Maintain accurate notes and enrollments, including eligibility changes.
• Use Excel/Access reports to update eligibility, enrollment and reconciliation.
• Provide member and broker education on enrollment and billing processes.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure timely, compliant reporting.
