Job summary

Vanguard College Prep seeks a high-performing Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through enrollment decisions on a fully remote basis in the United States.

You will manage consultations, demonstrate Vanguard programs, and drive qualified enrollment while collaborating with marketing and leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of consultative sales are required, with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven ability to hit quotas and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families & students.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollments and close with prospective students and parents.
• Explain Vanguard programs, pricing, outcomes, and value clearly.
• Build trust and guide families through high-consideration decisions.
• Manage CRM records of consultations, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and hit monthly enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead quality and objections.
