The State Group Automation is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work remotely within the United States. This role partners with Recruiting and Operations to deploy engineering talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and to manage TN Visa processes and mobility logistics.

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, workforce planning, or operations within an engineering or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and deploy engineering talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Conduct final candidate interviews and recommend on technical fit and readiness.
• Support workforce planning by maintaining skills data and forecasting staffing needs.
• Coordinate cross-border assignments including TN Visa processes and mobility logistics.
• Ensure engineers are prepared for assignments with onboarding, documents, equipment, and access.
• Act as liaison between Recruiting, Operations, IT and Field Leadership to support staffing priorities.
