Tenstorrent, a leading AI compute company, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator Admin Support Contractor to help scale recruiting operations across offers, contractor ops, and interview scheduling. This 6-month contract is remote, based in the U.S.

or Canada. You will partner with Recruiting, HR, Legal, and Finance to keep records, improve workflows, and implement simple trackers or templates using Greenhouse and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting operations or People Operations.
• Excellent communication with partners across Recruiting, HR, Legal, and Finance.
• Comfort handling confidential employee and candidate information.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting operations across offers, contractor operations, requisition setup, and job maintenance.
• Greenhouse administration and interview scheduling with shifting priorities.
• Keep records, handoffs, and follow-up accurate across Recruiting, HR Operations, Legal, Finance.
