Responsibilities

• Support hiring across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Develop compensation proposals and lead offer process.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain ATS records and provide progress updates.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate.
