Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in semiconductor/electronic/high-tech sectors.
• Experience recruiting for niche technical roles across engineering and manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor industry roles and microelectronics design.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring needs across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across functions.
• Create compensation proposals and lead offer negotiations.
• Maintain ATS and provide regular progress updates.
• Build university and industry relationships to attract talent.
• Track metrics to optimize recruitment processes.
