Job summary

Dayton T. Brown, Inc. is seeking an experienced Testing & Engineering Business Development Manager for a REMOTE role covering MD, NJ, PA, NY, and DE.

You will develop new business, nurture client relationships, and translate complex technical solutions into clear business value. A base plus performance bonus structure rewards achievement of KPI targets. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical/outside sales, a technical background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; technical or related field.
• 10+ years of technical/outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and understand complex solutions.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
