Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager for Testing Services. This fully remote role targets revenue growth in the Northeast Territory by building long-term client relationships and delivering innovative testing, inspection, certification and compliance solutions.

You will identify leads, travel as needed, conduct demonstrations, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

3–5 years of proven outside selling in testing services or related industries.
Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or trade certificates preferred, or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel up to 60% to engage with customers in the field.
Strong technical sales knowledge and ability to convey complex solutions clearly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Identify sales leads and collect client information to meet growth targets.
Engage in outside selling across 150–200 customer locations in the territory.
Inform clients about ATS services and perform demonstrations.
Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure future business.
Close deals using negotiation skills and manage CRM data.
Support events and activities (trade shows, training) and coordinate with teams.
