Applied Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager for Testing Services to generate revenue and expand the Northeast Territory.

The role focuses on expanding contacts, managing long-term client relationships, and delivering innovative testing solutions across multiple industries. You will travel up to 50% and work primarily in a remote-capable setting while coordinating with offices across Latrobe, Marietta, and other US locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven outside selling experience in testing services or technical sales.
• 60%+ time in the field engaging with customers in the territory.
• Travel up to 50% and ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong understanding of technical services and ability to convey complex solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify sales leads and gather information from clients to meet growth targets.
• Engage in outside selling with 150–200 customer locations in the assigned territory.
• Inform clients about ATS services and provide demonstrations.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients to secure future business.
• Close deals using CRM data and maintain accurate records.
• Support events, trade shows, and training activities to generate opportunities.
• Coordinate with peers across departments to ensure alignment and drive results.
