Job summary

Apollopros is seeking an Engineering Technical Recruiter to attract top talent nationwide for a remote contract role on the 1st shift (7:30am–3pm). The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of directly related recruiting experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or CS engineering domains.

You will lead full life cycle recruiting, partner with managers, and maintain rigorous candidate documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid recruiting experience targeting core Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or Computer Science areas.
• Experience recruiting for a broad/deep range of positions across national, multi-location levels.
• Full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, networking, interviewing, and closing.
• Accurate documentation on candidates, searches, and interactions within an ATS.

Technical Recruiter - Engineering Remote Contract - 1st Shift Hours: 7:30am - 3pm Pay Rate: $46.81/hr.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Recruiter - Engineering - Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6 years directly related experience or additional experience in lieu of degree - Solid recruiting experience targeting core Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or Computer Science areas
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions, ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level
• Experienced in all full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, interview scheduling and closing candidates.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities within an applicant tracking system
• Must be able to work as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Able to handle high volume recruiting
• Skilled at partnering with managers to establish staffing plans in anticipation of new business
• Ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc. and be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible
• Must handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints
• Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases,
