EmployBridge is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to source, screen and present candidates for direct-hire roles across multiple client operations. This position emphasizes building a strong candidate flow, thorough evaluations, and relationship management with clients to drive direct-hire fees.

The role requires engineering experience, U.S. residence, and the ability to work in Central or Eastern Time Zones. A bachelor's degree or 2–4 years related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client expansion is required.
• Knowledge of recruiting laws and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and interview candidates for direct-hire placements.
• Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top talent.
• Screen candidates and conduct thorough reference checks.
• Manage flow of candidates to meet production standards.
• Coordinate with clients for direct-hire placements during guarantee period.
