EmployBridge is seeking a Professional Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and present candidates for direct-hire positions. You will develop recruiting plans, maintain candidate flow, and coordinate with clients to exceed placement goals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, negotiation, and adherence to HR standards while driving business development and client satisfaction. Remote/hybrid work options may apply and travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience in business context.
• Previous experience in sales or client expansion is required.
• Familiarity with staffing industry practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates: develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
• Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates.
• Manage flow of candidates to meet production standards.
• Refer qualified candidates to clients for openings.
• Document candidate and client information in the system.
• Coordinate with Manager to set activity and result expectations.
• Develop and implement business development plans to generate new opportunities.
• Negotiate terms based on standard practices.
• Keep clients informed to meet their needs.
