Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a remote U.S.-based Recruiter with engineering experience to source, screen, interview, and present candidates for direct-hire roles. You will generate direct hire fees by building recruiting plans, maintaining candidate flow, and coordinating with clients through the guarantee period.

The role requires engineering background, strong negotiation and communication skills, and compliance with HR practices. You will work across Central or Eastern Time Zones from any U.S.

U.S. Remote - Must live in the U.S - and work in Central or Eastern Time Zones

MUST HAVE ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE

This role recruits for a variety of positions at all different levels. The goal of this position is to generate direct hire fees through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies for direct hire positions. Recruiters will follow activity and production guidelines according to pre-determined requirements.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates:

• Develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
• Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
• Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates.
• Manage consistent flow of candidates to ensure minimum production standards are being met and/or exceeded.
• Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings.
• Document and maintain all candidate and client information in system.
• Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.

Client Retention and Evaluation:

• Remain knowledgeable and compliant with company requirements and processes.
• Possess an understanding and remain compliant with all local, state, and federal laws as they relate to recruiting and placing of candidates with client companies.
• Remain professional at all times when representing the company or a candidate to a client company.
• Remain current with standard and general Human Resources practices.
• Document all information regarding candidates and client companies into company systems.
• Coordinate and monitor the direct hire placement through its guarantee period and collection of payment.

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience of business experience in related field
• Previous experience in sales or client expansion position is required

• Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
• Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
• Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
