Ladders is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs in a remotely-based role. You will guide scope, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with engineering leaders, operations, and external partners to ensure compliant and safe execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in engineering program management, a track record delivering hardware, and strong communication skills to navigate complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering Program Management or similar leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects in rigorous environments.
• Proven track record of delivering engineered hardware in design, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong capacity to guide products through iterative maturity.
• Proficiency with project management tools and adaptability to changes in scope or scale.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, deliverables, and milestones aligned with organizational objectives.
• Translate functional requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Drive teams to develop and refine deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate work plans across multiple engineering functions.
• Monitor dependencies, critical paths, and resource needs.
• Lead daily operational meetings and track action items.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on compliance and safety.
