Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, EPD Operations to strengthen engineering and product operations by improving how work is tracked, measured, and communicated across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational health, surface insights from data, and remove friction from planning and execution.

This remote role is well suited for a program leader who can translate analysis into practical process improvements and support leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager in engineering and product environments.
• Proven track record in remote startup settings.
• Deep understanding of engineering operations and friction points.
• Experience managing operational health processes such as bug tracking and incident management.
• Strong data analysis skills with Jira and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve processes for bug tracking, incidents, and operational health.
• Analyze operational health data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Create dashboards and reports to enhance visibility into performance.
• Translate data insights into actionable process changes.
• Identify and address process gaps, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Support planning and project tracking activities across engineering and product teams.
• Facilitate project status and leadership reviews, ensuring effective communication and preparation.
